You register one club workspace, then assign a tier to each category from the Admin panel. The Sub-14 can stay on Free while the senior squad runs on Professional. You only pay for the categories that need paid features, billed monthly or annually as one consolidated invoice.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period — no data is lost, the affected features simply become read-only until you re-upgrade.
Every paid tier comes with a 15-day trial, no card required. The Free tier is free forever for categories under 15 athletes.
When you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the workspace drops to the Free tier — your data stays, the paid features simply turn off. We don't delete your workspace for cancelling. See the Terms and the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Export a CSV from your GPS or tracking provider and upload it — ClavaMetrics turns it into dashboards and analysis. CSV import is available from the Básico tier up.
One consolidated invoice per club, monthly or annual. Billing is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record — Paddle handles the payment, the applicable taxes and the invoices, so the available payment methods are the ones Paddle offers in your country. Every invoice is available in the Billing dashboard.
